Meet Our Team

Maxine began her career as a Hearing Aid Practitioner in Edmonton in 1986. Once she achieved her accreditation, she travelled throughout Northern Alberta establishing clinics and working with local health care to provide hearing health care to residents of various smaller communities.

In 1997, she accepted a position and moved with her daughter to Calgary to open a new clinic. Before branching out on her own, she worked at the Calgary Ear Center with a team of specialists providing a one stop approach to hearing health care. Although she found the work very rewarding, she was ready for life to slow down a bit and decided to leave the city and move to Three Hills.

After spending 30 plus years working for others, she decided it was time to venture out on her own, and Maximum Hearing began. In June 2020, she opened her second clinic in Hanna, and then again with her third location in Drumheller which opened in January 2023.

In Maxine’s downtime, she loves to golf, travel, hanging around a good fire and spending time with her family. She now lives in Hanna with her best buddy and office snoopervisor Ollie.

Jenny Tullikopf is a Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner and has been a part of the Maximum Hearing team since February 2022.

A proud graduate of Grant MacEwan University, she was inspired to pursue a career as a Hearing Aid Practitioner after talking with Maxine and seeing her expertise and passion for helping people with their hearing healthcare. Prior to working at Maximum Hearing, she worked as a Laboratory Assistant for 15 years.

In her free time, she can be found playing softball, trapshooting, curling, golfing, and spending time outside with her family.

Born in Cape Town South Africa, she studied and graduated from Boland College South Africa in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Secretary. Antoinette started working at accounting firms from 1998-2007 in helping individuals and businesses manage their finances and from 2007 she had a career switch into entertainment and restaurant management.

Throughout her career, she has contributed to impacting business outcomes through effective organization, prioritization and execution of key projects. Her extensive experience in various administrative roles has equipped her with the skills necessary to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

She started working at Maximum Hearing from April 2024.

When Antoinette is not in the office she enjoys running, hiking, travel and spending time with family.

She moved from South Africa to Canada in 2022 and resides in Three Hills Alberta with her husband, two children and adopted cat.

Sarah hails from Calgary, Alberta, where her teenage years were marked by a deep engagement with the sea cadet program—a formative experience that ignited her passion for military service. In 2009, Sarah relocated to Vancouver Island and enlisted in the Royal Canadian Navy, embarking on a distinguished career. During her time in the military, she was posted to numerous high profile positions throughout Canada that allowed various networking opportunities. These interactions ignited an interest in marketing and social media. Determined to pivot her career towards this new passion, she pursued and earned a Diploma in Social Media Management from Algonquin College with honors. This educational background has equipped her with the expertise to harness the power of digital platforms to amplify and support small businesses.

Today, Sarah channels her skills into crafting impactful social media strategies that help businesses thrive online. Her dedication extends beyond her professional work; she is also an avid photographer, currently working towards earning her professional photography designation, and current unofficial photographer for our team.

In her spare time, Sarah competes in the Scottish Heavy athletics, loves watching a good John Wayne western and spending time with her husband Chris, daughter Fallon and dog Goose.

Ollie is the host with the most and a crucial member of our team. He’s a busy guy with lots of time travelling between clinics, but he always has time for a belly rub, and snuggle with our clients!

In his spare time, he likes to go on long walks to the treats container or chewing on a good bone. On a sunny day, you can find him getting his glow on under a tree in the backyard, and he never misses the chance to catch a Blue Jays game!
